MSU BILLINGS NEWS SERVICES — The Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education (OCHE) presented information today to the Board of Regents including a proposal for tuition rates for the next two years. The OCHE proposal calls for no tuition increase at ¿ì»îÊÓƵ for resident undergraduate students for the next academic year. Three out of four students fit into this category at ¿ì»îÊÓƵ. ¿ì»îÊÓƵ will also continue to offer college credits earned through high school connections in area high schools at zero tuition for the next academic year.
